Laborers' Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) The Laborers-Employers cooperation and Education Trust is a partnership between the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) and signatory contractors. The primary objective of the Trust is market oriented: to generate business opportunities for union contractors and job opportunities for LIUNA members. To accomplish this mission, the Cooperation Trust is now establishing a network of local and regional cooperation trusts that will improve communication and cooperation among LIUNA members and their employers. Individually and collectively, these trusts are addressing a range of specific issues through labor-management cooperation.
Mid-Atlantic Cooperation Trust The Trust is funded by employer contributions negotiated through collective bargaining agreements throughout the states of Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia.
